Large Heavy Highway & Bridge Contractor seeking Concrete Site Foreman with 5 years minimum of field experience wanted for local area projects. The responsibilities include: running and supervising day to day crew operations and project site, organizing and communicating with sub-contractors, coordinating with project managers / general superintendent, maintaining project schedule. Must be able to coordinate the equipment and the materials required for the work assigned, making daily and weekly reports for the job. Foreman is also responsible for maintaining a safe working environment and all required controls for successful project completion. Must be motivated, hands-on, self-starter that came up from the trades with a proven track record. • !!!!!!Majority of work is prevailing wage work with hourly rates ranging between $40.00 to $65.00 / hr. !!!!!!

TYPICAL DUTIES:

• Manage crews on project sites including concrete site work.
• Must understand basic principles such as sequence and scheduling of the work, managing a concrete crew from inception to completion.
• Properly code field delivery tickets and employee time cards as required and turn into the project manager promptly.
• Determine sequencing of work; maintain and submit 3 Week Look-Ahead schedules; and communicate updates and impacts to schedule with PM on a daily basis. Review weekly job schedule to assure project is on track. Hold individuals/subcontractors accountable for deliverables and promises.
• Manage field labor and equipment.
• Schedule subcontractors in accordance to required work schedule.
• Adhere to safety standards and ensure that trade and subcontractor site safety is in compliance.
• Identify long lead items that need to be expedited through the project schedule process.
• Identify problems early and act immediately to provide solution.
• Slipform experience is a plus.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management and supervision.
- Proficiency in OSHA regulations and construction management software.
- Strong background in budgeting and overseeing construction projects.
- Experience in supervising construction sites and managing teams effectively.
- Familiarity with ProCore, Bluebeam, and other premium construction management tools.
- Ability to read blueprints, estimate construction costs, and ensure quality control on projects.
- Knowledge of contracts, Primavera P6, Prolog, and HeavyBid is a plus.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate with various stakeholders on construction sites.
