Large Heavy Highway & Bridge Contractor seeking Concrete Site Foreman with 5 years minimum of field experience wanted for local area projects. The responsibilities include: running and supervising day to day crew operations and project site, organizing and communicating with sub-contractors, coordinating with project managers / general superintendent, maintaining project schedule. Must be able to coordinate the equipment and the materials required for the work assigned, making daily and weekly reports for the job. Foreman is also responsible for maintaining a safe working environment and all required controls for successful project completion. Must be motivated, hands-on, self-starter that came up from the trades with a proven track record. Great salary, plus bonus, vehicle, profit sharing, 401K, medical and vacation for the right individual.
TYPICAL DUTIES:
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management and supervision.
- Proficiency in OSHA regulations and construction management software.
- Strong background in budgeting and overseeing construction projects.
- Experience in supervising construction sites and managing teams effectively.
- Familiarity with ProCore, Bluebeam, and other premium construction management tools.
- Ability to read blueprints, estimate construction costs, and ensure quality control on projects.
- Knowledge of contracts, Primavera P6, Prolog, and HeavyBid is a plus.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate with various stakeholders on construction sites.
